The Toll Free and DID Management Portal allows users to add and manage SIP Endpoints used to route incoming calls. SIP Toll Free and SIP DID calls received via Star Telecom SIP Trunks can be routed to one or more SIP Endpoints. Endpoints are usually tied to locations, such as a contact centers site and are the public IP of the PBX or media gateway at the location.
Each SIP Endpoint is provisioned individually and consists of the Name, Description, IP address or hostname and Port.
