Star Telecom clients subscribing to SIP Toll Free or SIP Trunking & DID services automatically gain access to the Toll Free / DID management portal - free of charge. The portal is a user friendly web-based application used to manage DID and Toll Free call routing in real time. Users can set up multiple endpoints for their organization (e.g. multiple contact center locations) and manage routing of Toll Free and DID calls to these locations via IP or PSTN.
