Fixed Allocation Routing

Fixed allocation routing enables you to distribute calls between two or more locations (sites) based on a fixed percentage distribution. Your SIP originated Toll Free or DID calls are routed between two or more sites based on percentage allocation to two or more endpoints*. These end-points can exist on one or more telephone switches (PBXs) such as Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Mitel, etc.

*(e.g. 25% of calls to 10.10.10.1, 25% of calls to 10.10.10.2 and 50% of calls to 10.10.10.3)
