Basic Call Routing is included free of charge with our SIP Toll Free service and SIP DID service. With each of these VoIP origination services you are able to route calls to a VoIP or TDM end-point terminating inbound calls on you PBX (e.g. Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Mitel, etc.). End-points can include:
- IP Address – Originated inbound calls are routed to an IP address (e.g. 10.10.10.1)
- SIP URI – Originated inbound calls are routed to a SIP URI (e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
- DID - Originated inbound calls are routed to a DID in Canada, US or internationally*
*additional charges apply to the termination leg of the call
