Star Telecom provides carrier VoIP / SIP local and long distance termination across Canada to contact centers and other organizations for which telecommunications are a part of mission-critical infrastructure. By leveraging best of breed services across mutliple carriers, we are able to provide higher quality, reliability and uptime yet lower cost than most of our competitors. We do not burden our clients with contract terms and other overhead associated with traditional carriers. As well, we provide Call Detail Records (CDRs) in soft copy such as CSV or other formats.
In addition to long distance / termination services we look to provide services not commonly associated with carriers such as call recording, call statistical analysis, call centre quality analysis and more. Our goal is simplicity, ease of use and providing value.
